PROPERTY MEMBER - A single apartment property with 50 or more rental housing units. Management company must be a member of AATC.
INDEPENDENT RENTAL OWNER MEMBER - A company or individual with any number of rental housing units, including no properties with 50 or more units.
CORPORATE MEMBERS - A company with any number of rental housing units, including at least one apartment property with 50 or more units. Must be a member if you have one or more properties operating in the AATC area.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES MEMBER - A company or individual that provides products and or services to rental housing owners and managers.

SPECIAL NOTE – AATC operates on a calendar dues year, with a full-year of dues payable upon application and the second year of dues pro-rated for the balance due through the end of that year. For example, a new member with a total annual dues payment of $390 paid June, would be billed the following January for 6-months worth of dues, or a total of only $195. If the applicant chooses to not renew membership in January of the second year, all membership privileges will be suspended.
